Information contained in the Tyler Platform Alliance Partner Portal is Tyler Proprietary and Confidential Information. Your access to this information shall be subject to the confidentiality obligations agreed to by and between our two organizations either in a Non-Disclosure Agreement and/or a Implementation Partner Agreement, or other strategic Partner Agreement (collectively, a "Partner Agreement"). You agree not to share any of the information found on the Tyler Platform Alliance Partner Portal outside of your company's organization. Tyler owns all rights and title in and to all information contained on the Tyler Platform Alliance Partner Portal, including any information that you may upload onto the portal. Any information you access while utilizing the Tyler Platform Alliance Partner Portal shall solely be for the purposes of fulfilling your company's obligations under its respective Partner Agreement. Tyler reserves the right to immediately revoke your access to the Tyler Platform Alliance Partner Portal in the event you breach these terms and conditions.
Security Policy
FAST is a MicroPact, Inc. computer system and is intended for official and other authorized use only. Unauthorized access or use of the system may subject violators to administrative action, civil, and/or criminal prosecution under the Criminal Code (Title 18 USC 1030).
All information on this computer system may be monitored, intercepted, recorded, read, copied, or captured and disclosed by and to authorized personnel for official purposes, including criminal prosecution. You have no expectations of privacy regarding monitoring of this system.
